The full message i get:

Could not load the downloadable content data used in this save data.
This save data cannot be used.
Press the Xbox Guide button to quit the game and download the content from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace again.

I redownloaded my dlc (pre-order / online pass) that didn't work. i removed all exept my save data and i still keep getting it. Do i have to start all over again?

and it happend AGAIN. no really WTF is this bullshit im getting ****** here. i just started over played for what 6 hours got more stuff and did more than with the other save and again i get this ****. FIX THIS.

You are not alone, i have the some problem and i got a PS3 and We are Tekken Edition + DLC's :/.

Press the PS button to quit the game and download the content from PlaystationStore again.

I wil be going to tomorro more in detail since i am short onn time atm.

Same here. Played a couple of hours yesterday, make a break, turn on my xbox on evening and the infamous message comes. I basically lost everything I did in 4 days, my online rank, all the costumes etc. (like you probably). I wanted to start over again today, reluctant, but I see it doesn't fix anything and the problem still persists! Please if anyone has found out a solution, post it here! Let's try to find out what could be the issue, because I suspect it has something to do with the DLCs. I have the Xbox 360 We are Tekken edition with Character pack B/Snoop Dogg stage/Swimsuits.
Do you remember doing anything particular before turning off your xbox (I mean the last time you quit the game and then reentered just to find out the save was corrupt)? Were you using custom music as background? Did you turned off the xbox in the main menu or during a fight/customize menu/other? I know I am just throwing there random ideas, but I don't know if this issue will be fixed soon :/ if I have to start over again I'd like to be sure it won't happen again...

Worked fine for three days, but today I'm getting this message. (Have pre-order pack B and online pass)
So far I've tried deleting the dlc and reinstalling, but nothing.

What sucks is that I can't even start the game without the dlc, it just takes me back to the 'press start' screen.

it seems to have to do with the online pass. after deleting the savegame and dlc it worked. i tried online and had to redownload and activate the online pass. afterwards without installing the other dlc i got the same message, that i couldn't use my savedata. maybe when downloading ghost data of dlc characters i don't own? i don't know. frustrating as hell though

The online pass is okay I guess, the DLCs as well. I tried with my girlfriend's account on my Xbox 360 and it works like charm, online, characters, stages etc. I only deleted my savegame (after a backup on USB stick) and I was prompted to make a new save slot, and then it worked again. Well, I lost everything I had, but the chars work and DLCs as well. Interesting though, the idea of ghost data of other characters (Angel, Michelle in my case, as I only have Ogre and Kunimitsu). I really don't know. I just sent an email to the Namco Bandai customer support and I hope they will reply soon enough. I bought a great game, and I can't play it. That's frustrating.

How did you copy your savegame to usb stick? i thought it was copy protected.
